An evening with Lord Simon Hart
We are delighted to invite you to join us for an entertaining and no doubt, revealing evening with Lord Simon Hart, former Government Chief Whip and Secretary of State for Wales.
Drawing on his bestselling political memoir 'Ungovernable', Simon will lift the lid on life at the heart of Westminster, sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the extraordinary years of 3 Prime Ministers - Boris Johnson, Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak.
Expect candid insights, political intrigue and plenty of humour as Simon reflects on what really goes on behind the scenes in British politics—and why, at times, government can seem almost ungovernable.
Need to see it in black and white to believe it? - you will be able to buy your own copy of Simon's book during the evening. Wayne and the team from Winstone's Book Shop are once again providing great support to our charity by selling tickets and books. We are, as always, very grateful to Winstone's for their support.
There will also be an opportunity for questions from the audience.
We expect this to be an evening to remember for some time!

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to our current fundraising appeal for 2 important projects in the Yeatman's Minor Injuries Unit.
